Ocean Beer Gourmet is an exquisite Pilsner. With a toasted, golden colour with and a light aroma of walnut, Ocean Beer Gourmet is full–bodied with a white and stable foam. It has a silky, pleasant texture and is smooth and bitter on the palate.

Ocean Beer Gourmet is a bottom-fermented beer made with Pilsner, Carabelge & Carahell malts, and Taurus-Hallertau, Hersbrucker hops in addition to Cascade and Mosaic dry hops.

Tasting Notes

Ocean Gourmet is a bright, toasted, golden beer with a light, nutty aroma. Full bodied, with a pleasant mouthfeel and a very soft, slightly bitter aftertaste. Ocean Gourmet is refreshing, elegant and easy to drink. This unique Pils with its fine dry taste is simply exquisite.

“Elegant appearance with stable foam crown above a toasted, golden coloured beer of crystal clean transparency. Moderate hay aroma, mild pine with floral undertones and, a touch of tropical mango, blueberry and a slight touch of lime and hazelnuts.

In the mouth it is well bodied with a full malty flavour on the palate. Smooth and silky, with a very mild bitterness in harmony with a balanced floral honey sweetness. A gentle saline twist at the end, very similar to the other Ocean Beer family members”
